Using Weight Grid

Weight Grid helps you record and visualize your weight, set goals, and understand trends. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app lawfully. Do not misuse the app or interfere with its operation.

Your App Store license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a separate custom EULA is provided with your download. These terms supplement that license and do not override it or your mandatory consumer rights.

Health information

Weight Grid is a personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not guarantee any health or weight outcome. Calculations and visualizations depend on available records and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about health decisions or weight goals.

Apple Health & your records

Weight tracking requires compatible Apple Health access and your permission to read and write Weight records. You control permissions in Apple Health and iOS Settings. You are responsible for managing your records and backups. Removing permissions, deleting records, or changing devices may affect what the app can display.

Weight Grid Pro & billing

Some features require a Pro purchase. The App Store purchase screen shows the price, billing period, available trial, and included access before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple account.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. If offered, a free trial becomes a paid subscription unless canceled before renewal under the terms shown at purchase.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases in the app using the Apple account used to purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to its policies and applicable law: request a refund.

Availability & changes

Features may change as Weight Grid evolves. The app and third-party services may experience interruptions or errors; uninterrupted availability and complete accuracy are not guaranteed. Any applicable statutory warranties and consumer protections remain in effect.

Your rights

The app’s intellectual property belongs to its respective owners. Your records remain yours. License restrictions, warranty provisions, and liability limitations are set out in the applicable EULA, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. The revision date appears above. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent for material changes. You may stop using the app at any time; cancel any active subscription separately through Apple.
